Keeping London working
As part of the LDA's commitment to supporting Londoners through the current economic downturn we have published an online guide to Keeping London working.
This guide is the latest in a series produced by the LDA as part of the Mayor of London's Economic Recovery Action Plan.
The guide details up-to-date information for all Londoners ? from business owners looking for advice and assistance to help their company survive the current economic climate, through to individuals, whose jobs may be at risk or who are looking for a new career.
Information is given on how to access initiatives such as, the newly launched Manufacturing Advisory Service, created to assist small and medium sized manufactures compete more effectively, along with details on the reinstated Access to Finance and Gateway to Investment programmes. These programmes are complemented by the new £3m Economic Recovery Loan Fund which has been introduced to help small businesses raise finance.
Moving this guide online allows the LDA to ensure that information on the support available is relevant and accurate. The new guide features forthcoming dates for business strategy seminars that are now available as we continue to work with partners such as PricewaterhouseCoopers, KPMG and Business Link.
