Employ ULV

The Employ ULV project aims to provide a flexible, innovative and co-ordinated approach to labour market intervention in the Upper Lee Valley, which encompasses the boroughs of Enfield, Haringey, and Waltham Forest.

The programme is a unifying framework that seeks to get unemployed and low-skilled workers back into employment. Employ ULV adds real value and impact by providing an integrated ladder of progression for unemployed and low-skilled workers that directly addresses, and is responsive to, the changing needs of employers.

By working with Employ ULV there is no cost or obligation to you as an employer, but you will be able to call upon a large, enthusiastic workforce with a background of recent core skills training. As with any recruitment you already undertake, you still have the final interview and say in who you employ.
